This website is operated by Jeffrey Alan Tarnoff, trading as t651. This policy explains what personal data is collected when you use this site, how it is used, and your rights in relation to it.

The site is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. There are no tracking pixels, no advertising networks, no analytics scripts, and no third-party cookies.

Data Collected

This site collects personal data through two mechanisms only.

Contact form submissions. When you submit an inquiry using the contact form, you provide your email address and the content of your message. This data is transmitted to the form processing service described below and delivered to the practice inbox at hello@t651.com. It is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Scheduling. If you choose to book an introductory call using the scheduling link, you are directed to an external booking service operated by Fantastical / Flexibits Inc. Any data you provide during that process is governed by Flexibits' own privacy policy. t651 does not receive or store that data independently of the calendar invitation generated by the booking.

Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process standard server log data — including IP addresses and browser information — as part of normal hosting operations. This data is processed by Vercel under its own privacy policy and is not accessed or used by t651 for any purpose.

Third-Party Data Processors

The following third-party services process personal data in connection with this site. Each acts as a data processor under t651's instructions for the limited purpose described.

Legal Basis for Processing

Processing of contact form data is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, the mutual interest in being able to communicate about a potential engagement — and, where applicable, for the performance of a pre-contractual relationship (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data Retention

Inquiry emails received via the contact form are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes of correspondence and any resulting engagement. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within a reasonable period after the conversation closes.

International Transfers

Vercel's infrastructure may process data outside the European Economic Area. Vercel participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Web3Forms processes data in accordance with standard contractual clauses where applicable. For specific transfer mechanisms, refer to each processor's published privacy documentation.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data held about you; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@t651.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The relevant authority for this practice is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).

This site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or any analytics software. No consent banner is shown because no tracking consent is required.
