How work moves
Workflow mapping, process clarification, handoffs, ownership, documentation, reporting, and a more workable way for a small team to run the day.
t651 is an independent advisory practice for owner-led businesses. I look at how the work actually gets done, identify what is creating unnecessary drag, and help put better systems in place.
Small businesses often add workarounds before they add systems. The owner becomes the person who clarifies, coordinates, approves, and fixes whatever has gone off track.
That is understandable. It is also expensive. It makes the business harder to run, harder to delegate, and harder to step away from. Another app is rarely the answer. The work usually needs a clearer path.
t651 works where day-to-day operations and technology meet. It is not a generic agency or a software reseller.
Workflow mapping, process clarification, handoffs, ownership, documentation, reporting, and a more workable way for a small team to run the day.
Technology and systems review, cloud and productivity environments, identity and access, operational tools, vendor choices, and implementation oversight.
Integrations, intake and routing, document handling, knowledge access, internal triage, drafting, reporting, and carefully bounded use of AI where it saves real effort.
A repetitive task is not automatically a good candidate for automation. First, there needs to be a clear owner, useful inputs, a sensible standard, known exceptions, and appropriate controls.
The goal is not to put AI everywhere. It is to remove unnecessary coordination, make information easier to find, and leave people with more time for the decisions that require judgment.
Look at the real work: people, systems, dependencies, decisions, and exceptions.
Make the workflow simpler, establish ownership, and define what good looks like.
Put practical systems, integrations, documentation, controls, and automation in place.
Test the work, train the team, document it, and leave behind something usable.
A focused review of how work moves through the business: people, decisions, tools, handoffs, information, bottlenecks, and manual effort. You receive a practical view of the current state, a prioritized plan, and a clear recommendation for what to address first.
FIXED-SCOPE ADVISORY BEGINS AT USD 2,500
Further advisory can take the form of a defined systems build, implementation oversight, or continuing counsel for a limited number of clients. Each engagement is shaped around the actual problem, not a predefined software package.
Built for people who do not have time for another transformation project.
I have run a business. I know that an owner cannot pause client work, deadlines, staffing, cash flow, and the hundred decisions that keep an operation moving in order to undertake a theoretical improvement exercise. The work has to fit the business as it is. It should leave the business easier to run.
Describe what is slowing down, breaking, costing too much, or depending on too few people.
Engagements are conducted in English for clients internationally. I work remotely and selectively, with attention to the practical details.
